Durga Pujo & Dasara Celebration
16 – 20 October 2026
HM World City, JP Nagar 9th Phase, Bangalore
Organised by HMWC Durga Pujo & Dasara Trust®
aabahanhmwc.org · @aabahan_hmwc
Aabahan is HM World City's grandest annual celebration, uniting Durga Pujo and Dasara under one roof. Now in its second edition, it brings a community of around 1,000 homes together for five days of devotion, culture, food and festivity.
Last year at Aabahan we drew 1,000+ visitors every single day of the festival — exceptional at residential scale. The grounds hold forty stalls plus open space around the pandal, so there is room for demo areas, vehicle displays, photo booths and health camps, not just a banner.
Before we published a rate card. Before we sent a single proposal. Five of the ten brands who were with us in 2025 have already confirmed they are coming back — which tells you more about what promotion here is worth than anything we could write.
Aabahan draws from HM World City — a gated community of around 1,000 homes in JP Nagar 9th Phase, and one of South Bangalore's most established residential addresses.
The families here are upwardly mobile, culturally engaged and family-centric, spending in exactly the categories that matter: jewellery and fashion in the festive fortnight, schools and coaching as admissions season opens, home and lifestyle purchases through the year.
And here is what no billboard can offer. These are not impressions bought from strangers. The same families walk past your brand five evenings in a row, in a setting they trust, alongside their own neighbours.
Not impressions from strangers — the community WhatsApp channel and Mygate, the app every household opens at the gate. Verified homes, named recipients, opened within minutes.
And we run those channels ourselves, so your message goes out when we say it will. You can't buy this on the open market.
A thousand households, five evenings running.
Stage backdrop, banners, arches, standees — all five days.
Stalls, activations, announcements. Real conversations.
Five days of Durga Pujo rituals, cultural performances, Garba nights, a food court, competitions for every age group and artisan stalls — Saptami through Bijoya Dashami. A logo is seen across all of it. Your name on one of those evenings, or something people actually take part in, gets talked about.
Naming rights — one brand per segment, per year, at Title and Presenting Partner level.
Music and dance by the residents. Packed house, proud families, cameras everywhere.
Arts academies, schools, electronics
The art competition, four-year-olds to grandparents. Your name on every certificate.
Schools, coaching centres, art brands
An evening of bhajans. The most devotional, most traditional audience of the week.
Jewellery, traditional wear, wellness
Dandiya night. The highest-energy evening, and the one the young crowd comes for.
Fashion, dance studios, beverages, auto
Open to any level, and combinable with anything else. Tell us which fits and we will find the space for it.
The most photographed moment of the festival, your frame around every picture — and those pictures leave with the families who took them.
Jewellery, festive wear, fashion, mobile brands
The same idea on the highest-energy night, with a young crowd that photographs everything.
Fashion, beverages, dance studios
A fitness demo or community challenge booth, in front of the neighbourhood you draw members from.
Gyms, fitness studios, nutrition
Two vehicles in the high-traffic zone. No stall to staff, no team to deploy.
2-wheeler and 4-wheeler dealers
Community trust is the hardest thing for a hospital or clinic to buy, and the easiest to earn here.
Hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, pharmacy
A workshop, craft table, storytelling corner or play zone, staffed by your own teachers. Parents spend an hour watching how your staff are with children — which tells them more than any prospectus. It also gives families something to do, so we are glad to have it.
Schools, pre-schools, coaching centres, activity classes
Sponsor the prizes and hand out the trophies yourself. A community-leadership moment, photographed and shared.
Schools, coaching centres, local businesses
Have an idea of your own? Tell us. Some of the best moments at Aabahan started as a sponsor's suggestion.
Three levels of partnership, each with a stall, a digital campaign to residents and your logo across the festival. What changes is how deeply your brand is part of it.

Aabahan has one Title Partner per celebration in each category. Yours would be the only brand of its kind on the main stage backdrop, in the festival brochure and in every announcement across the five days — with no competitor beside you.
Positions are confirmed by sponsorship tier and booking order. Jewellery is the category we expect to be taken first: Pujo and Dasara are both peak buying occasions, and two jewellers were with us in 2025.
Broadcast to residents over the community WhatsApp channel and Mygate, on these dates.
Two-phase campaigns run on 9 October and during the festival. A brand confirmed after a date has passed joins from the next one, so an earlier booking means more of the campaign.
You do not need a partnership to be at Aabahan. A good share of our stalls and promotions are taken by businesses from the neighbourhood — salons, boutiques, restaurants, clinics, coaching centres, grocers, home services and local shops.
The audience is the same one the larger brands are paying for: around 1,000 households, five evenings, a few minutes from your door. For a local business, that is not a marketing exercise. It is your actual customers, in a good mood, with their families.
A WhatsApp and Mygate broadcast to residents carrying your image, your message and your links. No stall, no staffing, no artwork deadline — the simplest way in, and often the most cost-effective thing we offer.
Business or food, one day in the festival grounds. A food stall in particular puts your kitchen in front of a thousand hungry people who all live a few minutes away.
Print and digital visibility without running a stall: a banner across the five days, a broadcast to residents, and a thank-you post on social media.
Standees, banners, A3 and A4 poster runs, festival brochure advertising at full or half page, a vehicle display, or a stall by the day. Take one, or combine a few.
Tell us what you want to get out of it — footfall to your shop, enquiries, or simply being known in the neighbourhood — and we will suggest the smallest thing that does the job. We would rather you start small and come back next year than overspend once.
Local businesses are a valued part of Aabahan, not an afterthought. Several of the stalls residents look forward to most are run by shops from within a kilometre of the gate.
The full list on one page. Take a level as it stands, or build your own from the individual items — most brands mix two or three rather than taking a package whole.
One brand per segment, per year. Title and Presenting level.
The printed festival brochure is hand-delivered to every flat in HM World City by our own volunteers — around 1,000 homes, door to door. It is not left in a lobby or handed out at the gate. For a full or half page, that is guaranteed delivery into a thousand households, and it stays in the house through the festival week.
Rather than publish a rate card that suits nobody exactly, we would rather hear what you want out of the festival — footfall to a stall, enquiries you can follow up, or simply being known in the neighbourhood — and propose against that. Combinations generally work out better value than one large placement. Tell us which of the above is relevant and we will come back the same day.
Bookings are first come, first served. Stall zones are assigned by the committee on sponsorship tier and booking order. Food stalls follow a separate booking process. Prices are exclusive of GST. Artwork for the brochure, banners and the stage backdrop closes 30 September 2026.
Join them at Aabahan 2026.
Artwork closes 30 September 2026. The festival brochure, banners and stage backdrop go to print on that date — we can't add a brand afterwards. Stall positions are assigned by sponsorship tier and booking order, and the high-traffic spots go first.
